Mr Paul Martin trained with Price Waterhouse between 1985 and 1988 and since then has been delivering tax courses first of all to students sitting ATT and CTA exams and than for CPD purposes. In 2005 he took up his current position as training manager at Baker Tilly.
Mr Paul Freeman graduated from Merton College, Oxford with a Masters degree in mathematics before training firstly as a chartered accountant (winning the ICAEW's Spicer & Pegler prize in his professional examinations) and subsequently as a chartered tax adviser. Paul currently works as a manager in the corporation tax department of Baker Tilly's London offices where he advises on a range of corporate tax matters, taking a particular interest in the taxation of corporate debt and investment under the EIS/VCT legislation.
