Ms Lesley Fidler , MA MSc CTA Chartered MCIPD is director in Baker Tilly’s Employer Consulting Group, based in Leeds but with national responsibilities. She sits on the Employment Taxes subcommittee of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and is a member of the Worshipful Company of Tax Advisers. She combines employment taxes advice for employers of all sizes – from FTSE 350 retailers to local professional practices – with an interest in the impact of that advice on the individuals affected: hence her membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She lectures regularly for the ACCA and on Baker Tilly courses as well as writing occasional articles for various tax and HR publications.
