Introduction to Securities Markets
This is a one-day programme for those wishing to look at the various alternatives when raising finance on the global capital markets. We will look at equity markets, how a stock exchange works and running through a typical IPO procedure. Fixed income alternatives are explored, with the various bond market products available, including basic securitisation. We look at how investment banks can help and also explore private equity and venture capital solutions.
