Quorum are delighted to offer the new BTEC Diploma in Company Law.


The Diploma is delivered through distance learning, with all materials available online. Candidates can also access online tutor support. The Diploma takes up to 6 months to complete, and comprises two written assignments. The Diploma is validated by Edexcel.



Who should take the Diploma in Debt Recovery?


  • Those working in any role within the corporate environment who would benefit from developing an understanding of company law and the role of the company secretary.
  • In particular, company accountants who are requested to undertake various company secretarial roles.

Diploma Tutor:


Andrew Harvey, is a solicitor with many years' experience in the design and delivery of legal education and training, specialising in corporate and commercial courses. His authorship (jointly with others) includes the Jordan Publishing textbook "Business Law & Practice" and the Law Society's "Companies Act 2006 - A Guide to the New Law.



How much time does it take to complete?


This depends on the candidate, but a successful completion of the Diploma will take between 20 and 40 hours of home or work-based study.

The Diploma costs £595+VAT for Quorum members and £695+VAT for non-members
