COURSE OBJECTIVES: The workshop is designed to provide an insight into the rationale behind long-term planning and to highlight key issues relating to the planning process and implementation of the agreed plan. Case studies will be used to provide examples of strategic plans that did not achieve the expected outcomes.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
As the content is relevant to, and impacts on, all parts of an organisation the workshop will be of interest to any manager, regardless of function, who has not previously received training in strategic management. A basic understanding of business finance is desirable but not essential.
