  • Running effective performance review discussions


Managing and Communicating Change


  • Understanding the transition process

  • Exploring resistance to change

  • Change in the broader organisational context


WHO SHOULD ATTEND


This two-day course is designed for people managers who need to get the very best from their teams. Ideally participants are those who are about to or have recently started managing people, but is also suitable for those in need of a refresher or wish to refocus their people management skills.
