Jackie Oakes has had significant experience in the RP sector at a variety of levels including stock transfer organisations. She co-ordinates and manages the audits of Hastoe Housing Association, Phoenix Community Housing and Raven Housing Trust. Jackie has also assisted a number of our RP clients with the transition to component accounting.
In addition to her work with the RP sector Jackie also manages a number of our corporate clients, for example Howard de Walden Estates which is known for its regeneration of the Marylebone area of London.
Jonathan Pryor Jonathan Pryor has specialised in housing association advisory assignments for over 20 years. He has performed value for money reviews for numerous RSLs as well as performing a number of financial benchmarking exercises for groups of RPs. He leads Smith & Williamson's RP Industry Group, covering a broad range of services to the sector.
