Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT)
The ACT scheme is voluntary, remaining the responsibility of the individual, but all members are expected to keep themselves current in basic Treasury matters
 
Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
The CII scheme is mandatory but self-certifying. A wide variety of activities can be used for CPD purposes. Participation in the scheme is a requirement of continuing to use the designatory letters

(1 training day = 25 credits).

Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
Introduced in 1995 the ICSA scheme is voluntary and not mandatory. It recognises a number of categories, from short courses to self-study, as contributing to CPD.

Institute of Internal Auditors UK and Ireland (IIA)
The Institute’s CPD scheme, although not mandatory, provides a self-assessment approach to identifying individual skills, competencies and areas for development. Members should produce professional development plans.

International Compliance Association (ICA)
ICA requires all members (Fellows and Members) to undertake a programme of CPD each year as a condition of membership.
