TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our normal booking conditions as laid out in our course literature will apply except as varied below:

  1. Payment of the total amount must be made in advance and is not refundable.
  2. Individual course places should be booked at least 7 days in advance of the course date to ensure availability. Places are subject to availability.
  3. We make every endeavour to run published programmes, however in the event that a course is unviable, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to cancel the course at our discretion in which case our liability will be restricted to any fee paid to us. Quorum Training Ltd is not liable for any consequential loss.
  4. Cancellations: Participants in the discount scheme will be able to transfer bookings made under the scheme at no charge up to 7 days before the course. Transfers made less than 7 days but more than 2 working days before the course will incur a charge of £55 + VAT. Transfers will not be possible less than 2 working days before the chosen course and the fee allocated will be forfeit.
  5. This offer applies to new bookings and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or special offer.
  6. All places must be used by within 12 months.
